Important Information: Please Read

Non-Refundable Deposits

A booking deposit of £15.00 is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

If you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled, amended or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking deposit, as this time has been reserved especially for you and may be difficult to refill at short notice.

NO SHOWS

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your deposit will be retained and a reasonable missed appointment fee may apply.

Repeated missed appointments, no shows, or frequent late cancellations may result in part or full payment being required in advance before future bookings can be made.

Where a missed appointment or short-notice cancellation results in a significant loss to the business, a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost may apply.

Any charges applied will always be fair, proportionate and reflective of the time reserved for your appointment.

PATCH TESTS

Required for Eye Treatments 48 hrs minimum prior to treatment, failure to have a patch test will result in refusal of treatment. This is for the safety of the client.

Parental Consent

Will be required for any treatment performed under 18 years of age.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase for a minimum amount of £15.00 up to any value. They are valid for a period of 1 Year and are non-refundable. You can purchase our gift vouchers in-house or through our website or social media links & the voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
