Delivery Policy

Shipping Information

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. Most items are sent as small parcels, and you can expect delivery within 2 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Orders received during the week (Monday–Friday) are packaged and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Orders place during the weekend will be processed the next working day.

• £3.95 for all orders up to £49.99

• Free UK delivery for orders £50 and over

Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you can return your items to us in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, and a further 14 days to return the item once your return has been approved.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
